To the fullest extent permitted by law, systemfinance.top and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will be limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) CAD $100.

10. Privacy

If the Site collects personal information from individuals in the course of commercial activity, it will follow consent and accountability principles under Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, PIPEDA, Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Consent for collection/use/disclosure will be meaningful as required by Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, clause 4.3 of Schedule 1, and personal information will be collected by fair and lawful means (not through deception) as required by Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Clause 4.4.3. We will use/disclose personal information only for identified purposes and retain it only as long as necessary as required by Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, Clause 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2.

If the Site uses mechanisms that install computer programs (or equivalent behaviors such as cookie-related installation) without proper consent, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), section 10(4) of Canada’s anti-spam legislation, Electronic Commerce Protection Regulations (CRTC) can apply.
